Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.Experience: 5 years of progressive, hands-on Business Analyst or Systems Analyst experience in enterprise environments.Utility Domain Expertise: Practical experience with at least one of the following systems or equivalent platforms:o Outage Management System (OMS)o Oracle Utilities Analytics (OUA)o Geographic Information System (GIS)o Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI)o Customer Care and Billing (CC&B)o Work Management Systems (for example, IBM Maximo) Core Competencies: Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management. Strong process mapping (AS-IS/TO-BE), workflow documentation, and stakeholder management. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. Preferred Skills and Certifications Certifications: IIBA-CBAP, IIBA-CCBA, PMI-PBA. Technical Skills: Experience with test management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, ALM), SQL proficiency, and familiarity with functional, acceptance, regression, and system integration testing. Emerging Technologies: Experience with Generative AI tools for requirements analysis, test case generation, or test automation.
