- Assemble and disassemble fixtures and shelving
- Move, stage, and organize materials as needed
- Assist with general construction and installation tasks
- Use basic hand and power tools
- Follow project instructions and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work for extended periods
- Travel and work overnight shifts as required by the project
- Previous experience in general labor, construction, remodeling, installation, merchandising, or similar hands-on work is a plus
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Comfortable using basic hand tools
- Ability to work nights and extended shifts
- Ability to stand and work for 8–10 hours per shift
- Willingness to travel extensively to project locations across multiple states
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Personal cell phone and valid email address
