Duties
- Operate various hand tools and power tools to fabricate and assemble products according to specifications.
- Assist in the assembly line process, ensuring quality control and adherence to production standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed to ensure optimal performance.
- Safely operate forklifts when required, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety, quality, and productivity.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues with equipment.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and assembly line processes is highly desirable.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
