Pay: $35.00 – $45.00/hour ($75,000 – $95,000/year Overtime & Winter Potential)
Job Type: Full-Time, Year-Round
Schedule: 4-Day Work Week (Mon–Thu, 10 hrs/day — 3-day weekends every week!)

The Role: Lead, Build, & Execute
We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman who takes pride in high-end craftsmanship, understands structural integrity (wood framing & masonry), and knows how to lead a crew with authority, efficiency, and mutual respect.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Custom Builds (Spring – Fall): Lead custom deck builds (ledger boards, footings, framing, railings, stairs) and hardscape projects (excavation, base compaction, retaining walls, paver patios).
- Crew Leadership: Manage, mentor, and work alongside a crew of 2–4 builders. Keep jobs running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Winter Operations: Lead commercial snow plowing and winter management routes to keep your earnings steady year-round.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate skid steers, mini-excavators, plate compactors, wet saws, and framing tools.
- Communication: Coordinate daily site progress, material requests, and field change-orders with the main office.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of experience in a leadership/foreman role running outdoor construction, deck framing, or hardscape crews.
- Solid grasp of deck framing codes, sub-base prep, pitch/slope ratios, and masonry layout.
- Experience operating heavy machinery (skid steers, mini-excavators) and commercial snow equipment.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (CDL or DOT Medical Card is a major plus).
- Strong work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and a lead-by-example attitude.
