Key duties include
- Restroom Sanitation and Stocking: Regularly and thoroughly clean and disinfect all restroom facilities, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors. This also entails consistently monitoring and replenishing all necessary supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap dispensers to ensure continuous availability for users.
- Surface and Floor Care: Meticulously clean all windows to ensure clarity and remove smudges, dust, and grime. Implement routine sweeping and mopping of all hard surface floors throughout the facility, paying close attention to high-traffic areas to maintain a pristine appearance and reduce the risk of slips.
- Waste Management: Efficiently empty all trash receptacles, replace liners with new ones, and ensure proper and timely disposal of all collected waste in designated areas, adhering to environmental guidelines.
- Specialized Area Cleaning: Perform detailed cleaning of specific activity areas, including but not limited to pool decks (ensuring safety and hygiene in a wet environment), fitness areas (disinfecting equipment and surfaces), gym floors (maintaining proper grip and cleanliness), offices (upholding a professional and tidy workspace), and community rooms (preparing for and cleaning up after events).
- Equipment and Repair Reporting: Proactively inspect all facility equipment and fixtures. Promptly report any identified faulty equipment, necessary repairs, or safety hazards to the designated shift lead to ensure timely resolution and prevent potential issues.
- Event Support: Provide crucial support for various events and rentals held within the facility. This involves assisting with the physical setup and subsequent takedown of tables and chairs, arranging spaces according to event specifications, and ensuring efficient transitions between different activities.
- Work Schedule Flexibility: This position requires a significant commitment to evening hours to accommodate facility operating schedules and cleaning needs when fewer patrons are present.
