KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AS A HOST - HOSTESS
As a vital member of the Spain Wine Bar family, your primary responsibilities will include warmly welcoming guests, efficiently managing reservations, and ensuring seamless dining experiences. Demonstrate your outstanding customer service skills, collaborate with the wait staff, and maintain a welcoming reception area with elegance and professionalism.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- An understanding of restaurant etiquette
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Experience in managing reservations
- Demonstrable customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
We would prefer:
- Work experience as a Host or Hostess
- Experience with a reservation management system
