General Manager Fine Dining restaurant Looking for experienced individual in a fast paced, high volume restaurant environment willing to work long hours.Great personality and people skills that can lead, motivate and train a team.Prefer experience in high energy dining environment or club theme dining with DJ or live music to bring that here.Create specials, promotions and events to increase volume and revenue.Restaurant seats 100 plus full Bar for 30 people and 35 employees. Lunch served daily, catering and private parties.Seeking a qualified individual with a passion for success, a commitment to quality food and unsurpassed service while taking exceptional care of clients and Staff.Our managers are ultimately responsible for all functions of the restaurant, including inventory, ordering, opening, closing shifts. Responsibilities include guest relations, supervision & motiving the staff, ensuring company standards and operations.
