Candidates whom have knowledge of Toast system is highly preferred but not mandatory. Job Overview:The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, staff performance, and profitability. The General Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining the restaurant's standards and executing its vision. Operational Management expectations: - Oversee all restaurant operations, including front of house and back of house activities. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. - Manage inventory, ordering, and supply chain processes.Financial Oversight: - Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. - Monitor revenue and expenses to ensure profitability. - Implement cost-control measures to optimize resources.
