Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate Electrical Design Engineer to support the development of advanced mixed-signal electronic products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PCB design, analog circuitry, product development, and compliance-focused engineering within regulated industries such as medical devices, automotive, aviation, or industrial safety systems.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 6 years of relevant industry experience
• Strong experience in mixed-signal PCB design, analysis, and simulation
• Hands-on experience with analog circuit design
• Experience using ECAD tools for schematic capture and PCB development
• Proficiency with Altium Designer preferred
• Experience with EMC-compliant electronics development preferred
• Knowledge of FMEA methodologies and control techniques
• Understanding of full product development lifecycle from concept through market launch
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Develop mixed-signal PCB and PCBA designs through analysis, simulation, and validation
• Support schematic capture, PCB layout, component placement, and routing activities
• Design, build, and test electronic systems from bench-level development through verification and validation
• Develop engineering subsystem specifications aligned with customer, regulatory, and system requirements
• Collaborate with PCB/PCBA designers throughout product development activities
• Participate in all phases of the engineering development lifecycle
• Lead engineering change requests (ECRs) and engineering/manufacturing change orders (ECOs/MCOs)
• Ensure designs meet applicable compliance and performance standards
• Support cross-functional product development teams to achieve successful product launches
