Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate Electrical Design Engineer to support the development of advanced mixed-signal electronic products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PCB design, analog circuitry, product development, and compliance-focused engineering within regulated industries such as medical devices, automotive, aviation, or industrial safety systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 6 years of relevant industry experience
- Strong experience in mixed-signal PCB design, analysis, and simulation
- Hands-on experience with analog circuit design
- Experience using ECAD tools for schematic capture and PCB development
- Proficiency with Altium Designer preferred
- Experience with EMC-compliant electronics development preferred
- Knowledge of FMEA methodologies and control techniques
- Understanding of full product development lifecycle from concept through market launch
Key Responsibilities
- Develop mixed-signal PCB and PCBA designs through analysis, simulation, and validation
- Support schematic capture, PCB layout, component placement, and routing activities
- Design, build, and test electronic systems from bench-level development through verification and validation
- Develop engineering subsystem specifications aligned with customer, regulatory, and system requirements
- Collaborate with PCB/PCBA designers throughout product development activities
- Participate in all phases of the engineering development lifecycle
- Lead engineering change requests (ECRs) and engineering/manufacturing change orders (ECOs/MCOs)
- Ensure designs meet applicable compliance and performance standards
- Support cross-functional product development teams to achieve successful product launches
