Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end SAP Finance and Controlling initiatives, collaborate with business stakeholders, and drive solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. This role requires excellent leadership, functional expertise, and experience delivering enterprise-scale SAP transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FICO implementation, enhancement, and support projects using SAP S/4HANA.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP Finance solutions.
• Configure and support General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
• Lead SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud implementation and migration activities.
• Design and implement financial processes aligned with business objectives and SAP best practices.
• Work closely with business users, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP modules including MM, SD, PP, and BW.
• Support integration with external financial systems and third-party applications.
• Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis, testing, data validation, cutover planning, and user training.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers for custom developments.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud.
• Expertise in GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, CO, COPA, Product Costing, and Financial Closing.
• Experience leading at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Finance integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, and Treasury.
• Experience with data migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and executive leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification.
• Experience with Central Finance, Group Reporting, or Fiori applications.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
• Experience in SAP Private Cloud transformation and cloud migration projects.
• Prior experience leading onsite/offshore teams.
• Experience in Finance, Banking, Manufacturing, or Retail industries.
