Job Title: SAP EAM Lead
Location: Gramercy, Louisiana – Onsite
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP EAM Lead with strong expertise in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) and EAM processes. The ideal candidate will lead EAM/PM functional activities, support S/4HANA implementations and migrations, and work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional SAP teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP PM / EAM processes and functional activities.
- Manage asset lifecycle and maintenance management processes.
- Support preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
- Configure and manage maintenance orders, notifications, and work orders.
- Manage equipment, functional locations, and asset master data.
- Support maintenance planning and scheduling.
- Integrate SAP EAM/PM with MM, FI/CO, PP, and S/4HANA.
- Participate in S/4HANA EAM implementations, rollouts, and migrations.
- Perform configuration, functional design, testing, and deployment.
- Lead EAM/PM consultants and coordinate with business stakeholders.
- Provide functional guidance, issue resolution, and production support as required.
Required Skills
- Strong SAP PM / EAM functional experience.
- S/4HANA EAM implementation, rollout, or migration experience.
- Asset lifecycle and maintenance management.
- Preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
- Maintenance orders, notifications, and work orders.
- Equipment and Functional Location master data.
- Maintenance planning and scheduling.
- SAP MM, FI/CO, and PP integration.

Salary : $80 - $90
