Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated industry. The ideal candidate will manage preventive maintenance scheduling, vendor coordination, project documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure maintenance activities are executed efficiently while maintaining compliance with GMP standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage maintenance projects and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors, Clean Environment teams, and Asset Owners.
- Track upcoming preventive maintenance activities and document pre-work in BMRAM.
- Monitor inventory levels for HEPA filter replacements and maintenance parts.
- Support vendor onboarding and training activities.
- Process Authorization for Activity (AFA) work records.
- Review and maintain maintenance documentation and reports.
- Provide documentation, audit, quality event, and trending support.
- Attend meetings and oversee vendor maintenance activities.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule while meeting quality and compliance requirements.
Required Skills
- 5 years of Project Management experience.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Life Sciences, or GMP-regulated environments.
- Strong preventive maintenance scheduling and vendor coordination experience.
- Experience supporting facilities, cleanrooms, or utilities maintenance.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with BMRAM or similar maintenance management systems.
- Knowledge of HEPA replacement scheduling.
- Experience supporting audits, documentation, and quality events.
- PMP certification is a plus.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
