Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Techno Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP IS-U Customer Service and Digital Channels to support a long-term utility transformation project. The ideal candidate should possess a strong blend of functional and technical knowledge and be capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable SAP IS-U solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP IS-U Customer Service modules.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Design and implement enhancements for SAP IS-U Customer Service and Digital Channels.
- Provide techno-functional expertise during development, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations and custom developments.
- Participate in solution design, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
Required Skills
- 15 years of SAP experience.
- Strong expertise in SAP IS-U Customer Service.
- Experience with Digital Channels in SAP Utilities.
- Strong techno-functional consulting experience.
- Experience with system integrations and business process optimization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid onsite environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Utilities industry experience.
- SAP S/4HANA exposure is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
