Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Adobe AEM / Workfront Integration Developer with strong expertise in Adobe Digital Asset Management, Workfront automation, metadata management, asset workflows, and API-based integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring Adobe products and integrating AEM/Workfront with enterprise applications and third-party platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and manage Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets and Workfront solutions.
- Develop and manage metadata schemas, smart tags, custom properties, and asset taxonomy.
- Configure AEM Assets workflows for asset ingestion, approval, version control, and publishing.
- Apply DAM best practices, including governance, security, permissions, and asset lifecycle management.
- Configure Workfront Fusion modules and connectors, particularly the AEM Assets/DAM connector.
- Automate asset-related activities such as uploading, metadata updates, folder movement, and publishing.
- Develop integration strategies and APIs connecting the MarTech ecosystem with internal and external platforms.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
- Integrate AEM/Workfront with platforms such as Salesforce, Jira, ERP systems, and other enterprise applications.
- Implement Workfront automation to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with development teams to establish tracking and data-collection standards across web and mobile properties.
Required Qualifications
- 3β5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe DAM/AEM Assets.
- 5 years of relevant experience with APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations.
- Strong experience with Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion.
- Hands-on expertise with AEM Assets metadata, workflows, taxonomy, governance, and permissions.
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
- Experience integrating Adobe platforms with Salesforce, Jira, ERP, or similar enterprise systems.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.
