This position is responsible for providing patients with thorough consultations while offering the utmost care and incredible patient experience. Treatments offered consist of; Laser Hair Removal, BBL, Clear Brilliant, Moxi, Halo, Laser Genesis, Vivace RF, Microneedling, PRP, Hydrafacial, Glo2Facial, Chemical Peels, DiamondGlow and more. Advanced training is provided by device and product national educators as well as SpaDerma’s clinical trainers. Training is ongoing as SpaDerma places a high value and priority on maintaining the most elite, experienced and professional team of Aestheticians.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide safe and effective treatments
- Medical charting on procedures daily
- Adhere to strict state procedural regulations
- Ability to meet sales goals
- Provide proper follow up with patients
- Manage Instagram social media account (SpaDerma handle required)
- Attend monthly team meetings and trainings
- Follow all company policies and protocols
- Maintain all equipment, supplies and other procedural equipment
- Attend events and seminars to assist in brand awareness

- Possesses wide-ranging knowledge of skin care treatments

Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience with laser/light modalities
- Minimum of 3 years experience with skincare treatments
- IL state issued esthetic license
- Laser certifications preferred but not required
Compensation:
- Up to $75k-125k your first year, with our top performers making $150k yearly
- Hourly with commissions on services and products
