Laser Technician/Esthetician

We’re a growing med spa looking for an enthusiastic Esthetician/Laser Technician who’s as passionate about skincare and lasers as we are! If you love making people feel their best and have a knack for top-notch treatments, we want to hear from you.

You’ll be our go-to for delivering a range of beauty services while making sure every client leaves feeling like a million bucks. We need someone who’s all about client care, cleanliness, and staying on top of the latest trends in the industry. And, if you're all about building great client relationships—perfect!

Responsibilities:

• Perform esthetician services as needed, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to industry best practices
• Drive revenue by promoting the brand, products, and services offered and by maximizing sales opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, educating them on the latest med spa services and products
• Willingness to appear on camera for social media platforms to promote the med spa as needed
• Work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications:

• Esthetician license and experience required
• Laser technician certification and experience preferred
• Familiarity with Candela, Morpheus8 devices
• Familiarity with ZO skincare products
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and administrative skills
• Passionate about the aesthetic industry and eager to grow within the field
• Proficient in English
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian)

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
