This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager at SpaDerma's Wilmette, IL location. The Assistant Manager will support daily operations, oversee staff performance, ensure top-notch customer service, and assist in executing clinic strategies. Responsibilities include managing schedules, monitoring inventory, training team members, and resolving operational issues promptly. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with various teams to maintain a smooth workflow and deliver an exceptional client experience.
