What You'll Be Doing
- Schedule and confirm appointments with members who have requested information
- Conduct phone and virtual consultations using a clear, structured process
- Explain available benefit programs in an easy-to-understand way
- Answer questions and help members understand their available options
- Assist with digital applications and documentation to ensure information is complete and accurate
- Maintain organized records and update member information
- Complete follow-up communication when additional assistance is needed
- Provide a professional and positive experience throughout the entire process
The position combines customer service, communication, organization, and relationship building in a structured remote environment.
