Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, display, and content marketing).
- Oversee website performance, user experience, and conversion rate optimization.
- Lead marketing automation initiatives and CRM integration to improve customer engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and report on KPIs to stakeholders.
- Manage digital marketing budget and ensure ROI on all initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and creative to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Mentor and guide junior marketing team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns and driving measurable results.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.).
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
