About the Position
We are a fast-growing door and trim company looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Dispatch / Door Hardware Specialist to join our team.
This position combines daily dispatch and field coordination with support for our door hardware and keying operations.
We are looking for someone who has experience in either dispatch/logistics OR door hardware/key cutting. Construction industry experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Preferred Experience
Candidates should preferably have 2 years of experience in at least ONE of the following areas:
- Dispatching for a construction, logistics, delivery, service, or similar company
- Coordinating field technicians, installers, drivers, or crews
- Door hardware assembly or preparation
- Making, rekeying, or working with locks
- Cutting Schlage or Kwikset keys
- Working with residential or commercial door hardware
You do not need experience in both dispatch and door hardware. Candidates with strong experience in either area are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch installers, technicians, and field crews
- Coordinate daily routes, service calls, deliveries, and job priorities
- Communicate with field employees regarding schedules and job requirements
- Track job progress and respond quickly to schedule changes
- Maintain accurate dispatch and job information
- Communicate with customers, supervisors, and internal teams
- Assist with preparing locks and door hardware
- Cut Schlage and Kwikset keys as needed
- Assist with keying/rekeying and hardware preparation
- Organize and track hardware for upcoming jobs
- Work closely with operations, warehouse, service, and production teams

Construction, door, trim, millwork, or building-material industry experience is preferred.
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
