Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent; 4 years experience in the operations, guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.

- Associate degree (or higher) in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
Core Responsibilities
Supporting Operations Excellence
- Translates operational goals into clear, actionable expectations for the team
- Maintains awareness of both client experience and team performance, adjusting approach where necessary
- Ensures the team is equipped, prepared, and aligned to meet daily operational demands
- Leads through presence—demonstrating consistency, discipline, and accountability
Supporting Property Operations
- Upholds established workflows and ensures consistency across all assigned properties
- Maintains visibility into service outcomes and ensures timely communication of insights and improvements
- Addresses team concerns with professionalism, clarity, and fairness
- Reinforces a culture of respect, structure, and follow-through
- Supports scheduling with a focus on efficiency, coverage, and operational balance
Managing the Client Experience
- Remains accessible, responsive, and composed in all client interactions
- Anticipates needs and resolves concerns with discretion and urgency
- Ensures all team members consistently meet Space Care’s expectations for professionalism and presentation
- Maintains a standard of service that builds long-term trust, not short-term satisfaction
Supporting Performance & Efficiency
- Maintains awareness of operational performance and resource utilization
- Supports efforts to improve efficiency while protecting quality
- Identifies gaps in execution and contributes to practical, sustainable solutions
People & Team Development
- Supports hiring decisions by identifying individuals aligned with Space Care standards
- Ensures new team members are properly introduced to expectations, workflows, and culture
- Provides consistent, constructive feedback to strengthen performance and accountability
