We are seeking an experienced Dietary Manager to join our team. Responsibilities
- Manage Dietary operations for 50 resident and 15 Sisters.
- Maintain a food budget.
- Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
- Create menus while taking into account budget, customer demands, and availability of ingredients
- Hire, train, and manage staff
- Establish goals and standards
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
- Extensive previous culinary experience
- Certification as a CDM preferred
- ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software
- Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent management and leadership skills
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
