Sales Associate - Spa

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Spa Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a desire to create an exceptional experience for our clients. As a Spa Associate, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service, selling spa memberships and services, assisting clients with their needs, keeping the spa looking great, and contributing to the overall ambiance of the spa.

Duties

• Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the spa, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist clients in selecting products and services that meet their needs, utilizing upselling techniques to enhance their experience.
• Maintain knowledge of spa services, products, and promotions to effectively communicate with clients.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Answer phone calls with proper phone etiquette, scheduling appointments and providing information about services offered.
• Stock shelves and maintain product displays to ensure an organized retail space.
• Utilize retail math skills to assist in inventory management and sales reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and welcoming environment throughout the spa.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Previous experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Ability to effectively upsell products and services while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Basic understanding of retail math concepts is advantageous.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays.
