We are looking for a dependable front desk professional to help create a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Having good organizational and time management skills, good technology aptitude, a love of learning and being upbeat and positive are requirements for the position. Understanding the importance of appropriate professional appearance and being comfortable communicating in person, by phone and via email are also very important. I'm seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable team member to help keep our busy student clinic running smoothly. This role is an important part of creating a welcoming experience for both clients and students while supporting the daily operations of the school.
You will be the first point of contact for many visitors, so strong people skills, professionalism, and a positive attitude are essential. This position also helps coordinate building needs, maintain organized spaces, and support key daily business functions like receiving inventory, opening or closing the register and managing the clinic booking.
This is a full time position with a very good benefits package including Paid Time Off, subsidized health insurance and many other benefits. Hours vary based on the student clinic schedule: some days may run until 7:00 PM and some Saturdays required. Flexibility is a must.
