Our client a well known Financial Services company is seeking an Entry level Analyst in their Andover, MA Location!
Duties & Accountabilitie
- sCoordinate and review tax documents (IRS Forms W-8 and W-9, and CRS self-certifications), ensuring completeness and accuracy in line with operational standards and regulatory requirements
- .Lead due diligence processes related to account onboarding, form solicitations, and account remediation efforts
- .Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing day-to-day review processes and urgent escalations professionally and efficiently
- .Provide subject matter expertise on tax statutes, authority guidance, and industry best practices in response to team inquiries
- .Handle tax compliance and remediation requests in accordance with IRS regulations and internal protocols, supporting audit exposure mitigation
- .Assist with withholding rate calculations and verify tax treaty benefits before distributions and payment events
- .Monitor legislative and regulatory developments affecting withholding and reporting requirements
- .Respond to queries regarding tax software solutions and form validation logic
- .Participate in status meetings to discuss validation progress and processing questions
- .Work quickly, accurately, and efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail
- .Adhere to all company policies, including data protection and confidentiality requirements
- .Successfully complete any required background checks and drug testing

Education & Experien
- ceBachelor’s Degree required; tax internships or related experience highly desirabl
- e.1–3 years’ experience preferred, including customer service or financial data operation
