Guest Experience
- Greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
- Create a welcoming, calm, and polished atmosphere that reflects Spa Lavender’s brand.
- Manage guest flow, check-ins, check-outs, and waiting area experience.
- Handle guest questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and discretion
- Actively promote and sell spa services, memberships, packages, and retail products.
- Educate guests on service benefits, upgrades, and add-ons to enhance their experience.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Process payments, gift cards, and promotions accurately.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, reschedules, and cancellations.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage online booking inquiries.
- Maintain accurate client profiles, notes, and records in the booking system.
- Assist with daily opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain front desk cleanliness, organization, and retail displays.
- Support therapists and estheticians by keeping schedules running smoothly.
- Follow spa policies related to confidentiality, cash handling, attendance, and professionalism.
- Assist with special promotions, events, and marketing initiatives as needed.
- Previous customer service or sales experience required (spa, salon, retail, or hospitality experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to sell, upsell, and confidently recommend services and products.
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm demeanor.
- Comfortable with POS systems, scheduling software, and basic computer skills.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
