We are seeking a skilled Machine Builder to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring, installing, testing, and troubleshooting a variety of electrical and hydraulic systems in accordance with schematics and specifications.
Some key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assemble and wire electrical components including motors, PLCs, and control boxes.
- Install and integrate hydraulic cylinders, hoses, and power units per schematics.
- Perform final assembly of waste handling machines, meeting quality and production standards.
- Operate forklifts, cranes, and aerial lifts; follow all safety and LOTO procedures.
- Complete required inspections, documentation, and collaboration with engineering to improve processes.
What you'll bring:
- Proficient in reading electrical and hydraulic schematics and blueprints.
- Skilled in wiring, soldering, and mechanical assembly.
- Familiar with PPE, LOTO protocols, and equipment operation standards.
- Strong attention to detail in quality checks and inventory management.
- Effective communicator with ability to work cross-functionally and document work accurately.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently while following company standards and operating procedures.
Pay range : $20 - $27 per hour (based on experience)
