Role: Valet Supervisor
Location: Aria Residences, Miami, FL
Pay Rate: 18.00/hr

What You'll Do:Vehicle Safety: Inspect every vehicle before safely parking it and observe all traffic laws.
Operational Oversight: Monitor vehicle inspections, safety protocols, and traffic flow to ensure efficiency and compliance
Reporting & Compliance: Assist management with scheduling, reporting incidents, and ensuring all team members follow company policies.
Professionalism: Arrive on time, in a clean uniform, and ready to work your scheduled shift.
Customer Experience: Ensure every moment matters by resolving client requests efficiently and communicating proactively.
Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. At least one month of related experience or training is preferred.
Leadership & Communication:
Oral: Speaks clearly, listens effectively, and responds well to questions.
Written: Writes clearly and informatively; able to read and interpret complex written information.Customer Service: Maintains a positive attitude and responds efficiently to requests for assistance or service.
Professional Skills: Ability to handle changes in the work environment, delays, or unexpected events.
Driver's License: Must have and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and an acceptable driving record (required for driving company vehicles or business).
Physical Demands:
Frequently required to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
Ability to use hands to handle or feel objects.
Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required (close and peripheral vision).
