We recruit a Sales Coordinator
Summary
The Sales Coordinator oversees administrative tasks to support the Sales Team while acting as a liaison to Perfumery, Fragrance Development, Applications, Regulatory, Marketing and Sales to ensure project deadlines are met.
Being able to multi-task, having an eye for details, and being extremely organized amidst a fast-paced environment is required.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the West Coast Sales Lead, the Sales Coordinator will:
- Order and coordinate shipping & tracking of market samples to Sozio’s customers and international Creative Teams.
- Filter customer requests and coordinate with Sozio’s US and International Teams, raising and tracking projects.
- Repack and organize market samples to send to customers and internal teams.
- Join weekly pipeline project meetings alongside the Sr Sales Coordinator and update the sales team of ongoing projects.
- Oversee and process Resample Requests.
- Enter projects on assigned sales executives behalf.
- Collaborate with lab manager to ensure any required marketing material and regulatory/sales documents are with outgoing shipments for their assigned sales executive, and follow up if needed.
- Troubleshoot errors within the LSI system and communicate with IT to get the issues resolved.
- Focus on ways to further advance project/data entry as well as updating the team on features that will be useful for both internal/external use.
- Screen new potential customer inquiries and pursue if MOQs can be met.
- Maintain current house accounts by evaluating pricing and entering new projects as needed.
- Travel across the US may be required for training and customer meetings, primarily to New Jersey and the West Coast.
Education, Experience and Competencies Required:
Education
- High school Diploma or equivalent.
Skills & Competencies
- Possess basic mathematics skills.
- Superior oral and written communication skills (French fluency is a plus, but not required)
- Strong computer literacy
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure and/ or tight timelines
- Ability to work well independently and also within a team
- Travel across the US may be required for training and customer meetings, primarily to New Jersey and the West Coast.
