Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a basic understanding of behavioral health principles and demonstrate a commitment to improving the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges. As a Behavioral Health Receptionist, you will work closely with clients and team therapists to assist clients and facilitate communication with therapists thru the intake and initial scheduling and ongoing care process. Experience in scheduling and insurance verification is required.
Duties
- Answer phones
- Schedule appointments
- Collect Payments
- Assign documentation
- Create client accounts
- Assign therapists
- Create and monitor reports to track outcomes
- Document compliance with contractors
