Job Description
This position involves managing multiple projects focused on sustaining engineering and product development within a collaborative environment. The role is involves working on electronics for equipment such as displays, clusters, and control modules. The successful candidate will play a significant role in supply chain management and sourcing components from suppliers.
Responsibilities
· Manage several projects simultaneously including gauges, clusters, displays, sensors, and controllers.
· Dedicate 75% of time to project management activities related to project health, ensuring projects are on track and meet deadlines.
· Use charts to manage and track project progress.
· Provide updates to project stakeholders.
· Manage projects predominantly within Hardware Development and Electrical Engineering.
· Collaborate with Software and Mechanical Engineering teams.
· Spend 25% of time on hands-on technical activities, mainly testing.
Essential Skills
· 7 years of experience.
· BS in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
· Strong experience in project management.
· Ability to manage several projects concurrently.
· Proficiency with charts for project tracking.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Experience in hardware and electrical engineering.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
· Experience with supplier and vendor management.
· Background in automotive modules, telematics, and display clusters.
· Experience in sustaining and obsolescence strategies.
· Knowledge of PCB design and firmware.
· Familiarity with Altium software.

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
