We're looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager to lead our billing and collections in our New Madrid office.
Position Overview
The Revenue Cycle Manager – Home Health will oversee all aspects of billing, collections, and reimbursement for Sovereign Home Health. The position reports directly to the President and Regional Director of Operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead all collections.
- Oversee annual collections for home health services.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
- Monitor key performance metrics and improve departmental efficiency.
- Work directly with the president on revenue cycle strategy and reporting.
- Maintain compliance with payer requirements and home health billing regulations.
- Submission for NOAs
- Monthly billing for company invoices.
- Claims review and reconciliation.
- Additional duties assigned by the administrator and the president.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of Home Health billing experience (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- At least 3 years of revenue cycle management or supervisory experience (preferred).
- Experience managing collections.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid/Medicare Advantate billing rules for Home Health.
- Proficiency with EMR/billing systems (Axxess).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
