Your Responsibilities
- Clinical Excellence: Room patients, verify identity using two identifiers, and accurately record vitals, medications, allergies, and chief complaints.
- Specimen & Lab Support: Collect and process specimens according to strict protocols and ensure timely transport; promptly report critical lab values to providers.
- Administrative Flow: Assist with scheduling, phone triage, and medical record maintenance to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Service & Compliance: Maintain a friendly, professional environment while upholding patient rights and meeting all regulatory agency standards.
One of the following is required:
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
- Active certification (RMA, CMA, or CCMA).
- At least one (1) year of experience working as a Medical Assistant.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
This full-time position features variable shifts to support office operations:
- 6:30 am – 3:00 pm
- 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
