What You’ll Do (Essential Duties):

• Clinical Support: Room patients, obtain vitals, record medications/allergies, and process lab specimens.
• Patient Coordination: Schedule procedures and surgeries, coordinate with vendors, and manage physician schedules.
• Administrative Excellence: Manage electronic medical records (EMR), handle insurance authorizations, and resolve eligibility issues.
• Compliance: Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all OSHA and Joint Commission (TJC) standards.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1 years of experience directly related to patient care.
• Ideal Backgrounds: We are specifically seeking candidates with experience as an STNA, Phlebotomist, CNA, or Pharmacy Tech. Medical Assistant schooling is a plus, but not required if you have relevant clinical experience.
• Skills: Exceptional customer service, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in medical databases.
