What You’ll Do:
- Clinical Support: Room patients, obtain vitals, and process lab specimens.
- Patient Coordination: Schedule procedures/surgeries and manage physician schedules.
- Admin Excellence: Manage EMR records and handle insurance authorizations.
- Compliance: Maintain strict confidentiality (HIPAA) and safety standards (OSHA/TJC).
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1 years in direct patient care.
- Backgrounds: We welcome STNAs, Phlebotomists, CNAs, or Pharmacy Techs. MA schooling is a plus, but relevant experience is highly valued!
- Skills: Strong multitasking abilities and a "patient-first" customer service attitude.
