Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Escrow Officer, located in Santa Fe, NM. The Assistant Escrow Officer will support the Escrow Officers by coordinating lending requirements, satisfying terms of purchase agreements, and recording deeds. Daily tasks may include handling customer inquiries, preparing escrow documents, conducting title searches, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires providing premier customer service to ensure a seamless and enjoyable closing process for clients.
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is a plus
- Experience in handling Closings and Escrow processes is a plus
- Notary certification and strong Residential Real Estate knowledge is a plus
