The Board of School Trustees of the Southwestern Jefferson County Consolidated School Corporation wishes to announce the following vacancy:
Superintendent of Schools
We are seeking a leader who is-
- Visionary with high expectations and successful administrative experience
- Approachable with the ability to motivate all employees to embrace a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- A person who maintains high personal standards, morals, ethics, honesty and integrity.
- Relationally driven, seeing relationships as a foundation of the district.
- Knowledgeable of community relations and willing to be a visible community leader.
We are looking for a leader who has-
- Corporation and/or building-level leadership experience.
- A minimum of three years of successful public school teaching.
Start Date: Immediately after hiring
