Description
Supervise site activities, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety regulations. Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors and suppliers. Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines and budgets. Monitor progress, resolve issues and maintain quality control. Communicate with clients, architects and stakeholders to meet project requirements. Liaise with inspection authorities and conduct regular reviews of the construction site to ensure quality control and identify any potential issues.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
3 years of commercial construction experience. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of construction contracts, safety standards and regulations. Firm understanding of commercial construction industry and processes.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
