Mowers, leave blowers, construction equipment, hand tools, computer, calculator, and copier.

- Ability to instruct and monitor students in the use of equipment related to welding, facilities maintenance, culinary, and office administration.
- Applicant must possess the stamina for outdoor work, be able to operate equipment related to the specific trades, and know proper use of safety equipment.
- Knowledge of various Microsoft Office software programs, ability to type, and general office administration knowledge is also required.
