Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is currently seeking a full-time Outpatient Therapist to join our compassionate team. This position will work in our Outpatient Program at our Warrick County office, located in Boonville, Indiana.
$3,000 Sign-On BONUS offered for this position!!!
(Bonuses are paid half after 90 days of full-time employment, and half after 180 days of full-time employment)

WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Provide individual, family and group therapy to children and adults on an outpatient basis.
- Both mental health and addictions treatment will be included.
- Position also provides clinical assessment, crisis intervention and treatment services to assigned outpatient populations to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care.
WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?
- Applicants must have a Master's degree in Social Work, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
- Applicant must have knowledge of relevant clinical issues and 12-step programs.
- Candidates must pass required background checks including county/state checks, fingerprinting, CPS check, sex offender registry check, and drug screen.
