Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is currently seeking a full-time Director of Child and Family Services to join our team of dedicated professionals. This position is responsible for directing, supervising, and administering clinical programs serving children and families. The Director will oversee the activities of clinical staff assigned to Child and Family Services, ensuring that services are delivered by qualified professionals, in accordance with best practices and Southwestern's standards of care.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Participate with the Executive Staff in providing leadership and strategic vision to the organizations.
- Represents Southwestern in community settings.
- Upholds the Leadership Values of the Leadership Team.
- Serves as an active, contributing member of the Director and Leadership Teams.
- Participates in professional activities at the local and state level.
- Commits to annual professional and skills development opportunities.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees the provision of clinical services to children/families served by Southwestern.
- Coordinates the care provided in Child/Family services and between services with other Directors.
- Conducts ongoing evaluations of clinical programs and services in relation to quality, effectiveness and efficiency.
- Arranges for clinical staff to receive ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Initiate and support activities aimed at improving the clinical services provided.
- Develops and implements policies and procedures relevant to clinical services.
Job Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's Degree in a Mental Health related field with the highest level of licensure/certification for the degree.
- Minimum of seven years of clinical experience and additional administrative experience.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills required.
- Strong problem-solving skills required.
- Must obtain and maintain NAPPI training.
