Position Summary

Southwest Toyota is seeking a motivated and dependable Express Lube Technician to join our growing service team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to start or grow their automotive career in a fast-paced, team-oriented dealership environment.

As an Express Lube Technician, you will perform routine maintenance services and assist in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Perform oil and filter changes

• Rotate and balance tires

• Inspect and replace air filters and bulbs

• Check and top off fluids

• New vehicle inspections

• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Communicate service findings clearly to service advisors

• Follow all safety procedures and dealership standards

• Any assigned duties from the Service Manager and Fixed Operations Director

What We’re Looking For

• Previous automotive experience preferred but not required

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods

• Team player with strong attention to detail
