What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fleet Lube Technician position at HILLIARY COMMUNICATIONS LLC?
- Drain engine oil and add new oil
- Inspect engines for leaks.
- Top off other fluids in the transmission or braking system.
- Perform tire pressure checks and rotations and inflate as needed.
- Prepare detailed vehicle service reports and submit to the fleet manager
- Replace vehicle wiper blades and car batteries.
- Change motor oil as well as transmission and brake fluid as needed.
- Keep vehicle interiors clean while performing maintenance and servicing tasks.
- Detailing and washing of fleet vehicles.
- Any other tasks as requested by the supervisor.
- Complete any required on the job training.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a postsecondary education lube technician program would be helpful but not required.
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification is advantageous.
- Proven experience in automotive maintenance
- Valid driver's license.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Detail-oriented.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Must be a team player
- Must be able to follow the instructions of the fleet manager.
- Must be able to follow fluids disposal guidelines.
- Must be follow all safety protocols.
