Objectives of this Role:
- Support of the Microsoft SharePoint Online and Power Platform environment in the Microsoft 365 GCC High cloud.
- Design, build, and maintain Power Automate flows.
- Plan, execute, and document migrations from legacy web sites to SharePoint Online.
- Expertise in SharePoint migrations using SPMT, ShareGate, and/or custom scripts.
- Experienced in creating and managing GitHub workflows, branching strategies, code reviews, and merge policies.
- Continuously monitor system health and performance, identifying and resolving problems.
- Define information architecture: site collections, content types, metadata taxonomy, governance.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets related to SharePoint, Power Automate, Teams and SPFx solutions.
- Server as an SME and provide guidance, documentation, and training to end users.
- Administer SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, permissions, and security settings.
- Lead site assessments and migration planning
- Review migration progress, document milestones, and address roadblocks
- Build modern, responsive SharePoint solutions.
- Stand up and manage Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
- Meet with stakeholders to align SharePoint and Power Platform initiatives with business goals
- Respond to helpdesk tickets, diagnosing and resolving end user issues related to SharePoint, Power Platform, and others.
- Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency.
- Engage with end users to understand needs and deliver clear, actionable technical solutions.
- Oversee the creation of MS Teams via existing Power Automate flows and manage all administrative aspects of Microsoft Teams.
- Analyze system performance trends and recommend proactive improvements
- Maintain thorough documentation for continuity and scalability.
- Research and propose emerging tools, frameworks, or best practices for SharePoint and DevOps.
- Requires a Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related degree field with relevant experience.
- Microsoft certifications relating to the support of Microsoft technologies (MCSA, MCSE) and SharePoint, SharePoint online, and Azure certifications preferred.
- 2-5 years: Managing a Microsoft SharePoint M365 online environment at an enterprise level.
- 2-5 years: Developing/supporting Power Platform apps such as Power Automate and Power BI.
- 1 years: Management and support of Microsoft Teams.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online migrations from legacy systems.
- Microsoft certifications in SharePoint Online, Power Platform, or Azure are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines from scratch.
- A valid/clear driver's license is required.
