Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase awareness of hospice services within the community.
- Conduct engaging product demos and presentations to healthcare professionals, hospitals, nursing homes, and community organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources through effective account management and personalized communication.
- Identify new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, including cold calling, networking events, and community outreach.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and referral patterns to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other tools that highlight the value of hospice care.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated success in outside sales and account management roles.
