Southwest Office Systems is an established document imaging solutions dealer in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. We are an independent AAA Platinum Level SHARP dealer and are currently seeking a professional industry experienced individual. Skills/Qualifications
- 5 years experience copier repair. Sharp experience a plus.
- You must possess the functional and technical knowledge and network skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment.
- Mechanical ability
- PC literacy and extensive networking.
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and be in a mobile activity more than 50% of the time (walking, standing, stooping, kneeling)
- Ability to manage parts inventory and territory customer relationships.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Team player with a positive, winning attitude.
Duties
- You must be able to service and maintain a full territory of Sharp MFP’s and other equipment including troubleshooting, diagnose digital copier and printer problems in a connected environment.
- Resolve all normal customer relations situations and communicate unusual situations to a higher level.
- Maintains parts inventory
- Cooperates with fellow team members and management to achieve service and company goals.
