Laborer 

 Fire Training Structures has been a leading-edge manufacturer of quality fire training simulators both domestically and internationally. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a General Laborer to join our hardworking Phoenix team. As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our portable storage containers to ensure they are in top condition and ready for customer use. $19-$20. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Grind, paint, sweep, and hose containers to maintain their appearance and functionality.
• Repair drywall holes and replace tile or epoxy flooring as needed.
• Clean windows, blinds, doors, floors, and walls to keep units in top shape.
• Perform minor welding and basic repairs to keep containers operational.
• Assemble and disassemble storage structures for customer readiness.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools, including grinders and saws.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership. 

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in general labor or maintenance repairs.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools (grinders, saws, etc.).
• Welding experience and/or 25T Forklift certification is a plus.
• Reliable, self-disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with teammates effectively.
