About the Role:
As a Physical Therapist at our center, you’ll deliver individualized, evidence-based care through comprehensive patient evaluations, treatment planning, and education. Your role is pivotal in helping patients regain function and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal and functional conditions
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans and home exercise programs
- Educate and empower patients and their families
- Collaborate with physicians and team members to ensure quality outcomes
- Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to compliance standards
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Active Michigan PT license (or eligible within six months)
- New grads and those awaiting licensure are encouraged to apply
Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving ability
- Passion for patient-centered care and continuous improvement
- Proficiency with EMR and documentation systems
