We are hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist in Michigan City, Indiana.

What You Will Do

• Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations
• Assess movement, strength, mobility, balance, pain, and functional limitations
• Develop individualized, evidence-informed plans of care
• Establish clear, measurable, and meaningful treatment goals
• Provide skilled Physical Therapy for orthopedic, post-operative, sports, neurologic, vestibular, and balance conditions
• Use manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular reeducation, patient education, and other appropriate interventions
• Progress treatment plans based on objective findings and patient response
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment plans, home exercise programs, wellness, and injury prevention
• Complete accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the EMR
• Monitor patient progress and communicate recommendations to referring providers
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals
• Supervise and appropriately delegate to Physical Therapist Assistants and rehabilitation technicians
• Maintain appropriate productivity while delivering individualized care
• Create a positive and encouraging patient experience
• Maintain current licensure and complete required continuing education
• Participate in community outreach, physician relationship development, or marketing events as desired

What We Are Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent Physical Therapy education
• Current Indiana Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Indiana licensure
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
